You will receive comprehensive information regarding the precise locations for picking up and returning your car in your Car Hire Voucher, which will be sent to you along with your Travel Documents four weeks before your scheduled departure date.

Will my rental car be equipped with a navigation system?

You have several options regarding navigation when booking your car. You can opt to include a GPS navigation system with your car rental reservation. Another option is to purchase a GPS unit locally in the United States. If you have a GPS device from the UK, you can update it with US maps prior to your trip.

Additionally, many customers choose to utilize navigation apps like Google Maps or Apple Maps on their mobile phones while in Florida. Before your departure from the UK, please ensure that you have reviewed the data charges associated with using these apps with your mobile network provider. Many providers offer data bundles to help reduce costs.

What documents should I carry with me?
